The experience at Johnsons Ford Sutton Coldfield was fantastic because the whole process was made as simple as possible. Kirk explained all of the options available to me very clearly and was very knowledgeable allowing me to make the right decision. I was offered a test drive quickly after deciding what I wanted and the car was ready for me to purchase and collect soon after. It had been filled up with fuel, was clean and he gave me a full run through of the features, as he did when we had a test drive. Would highly recommend!
