The experience at Johnsons Ford Sutton Coldfield was fantastic because the service we had was great 5 star I would recommend them not only did we get 12 months warranty but we also got 12 months free breakdown, went through all the options, we didn’t have to worry about tax that was done on the day of pick up also changing the car we had part changed log to them is that what it’s called a log, which made it less stressful

From start to finish he went over everything in detail and made sure that I fully understood everything. Kirk even rang me a few days after to make sure that I was happy with the car. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable about the car. I even had a lovely lady from upstairs who spoke to me and was friendly and said she hopes I have a lovely day. The other few staff members all smiled at me while Kirk was sorting out some paperwork. I was treated with extreme respect and I would definitely recommend Ford Sutton Coldfield to anyone.
